The Oath of the President of the United States

US Constitution, Article II, Section 1

Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

The case could be made that Obama has violated the oath of the office of the Presidency of the United States in not closing the borders at the threat of a global pandemic of the Mexican flu, the violations of the U.S. Constitution in the CIFTA, and his refusal to clarify the circumstances of his birth. Think about it.

Pearce Addresses Tea Party Meeting 2/27/10

I didn't take an actual count at the meeting at Peppers but since each table holds 8 and there were at least 8 tables filled, 64 +/- would seem reasonable.

Don Omey read the Las Cruces Tea Party mission statement:

"The Las Cruces TEA Party is a non-partisan group dedicated to promoting the United States of America's Constitutional values of limited government, fiscal responsibility and restraint, as well as individual freedoms and liberties guaranteed to the citizens of the United States by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We are committed to promote active participation in the development of government policy in order to limit the tyranny that results from unrestrained legislation, especially that of taxation.
The Las Cruces TEA Party provides information, promotes self-education, involvement of the public at all levels, and provides a forum where ordinary American citizens have a chance to be heard. The LTCP intends to strengthen values and principles as set forth by the original framers of the Constitution of the United States."

You can sign up to be a member at this link.

Then Congressman Pearce gave brief remarks, he had a meeting scheduled with the Chamber of Commerce at 6:00 pm, and started taking questions and giving answers.

Although there were attendees who frequent Tea Party meetings and rallies, a number present were Republicans who do not attend TP meetings. Even a couple of Democrats were there. Alamogordo Second Amendment Task Force had several members present. Candidates present: Janet White, Benny House, John Lee, Yvette and Tommy Herrell.

After a number of questions had been asked and replies given by Congressman Pearce, Dan, A2ATF, asked Pearce where in the U.S.Constitution could the word "democracy" be found. Dan then answered the question himself by saying that nowhere in the Constitution will you find the word democracy because we are a republic. Congressman Pearce replied he knew the difference between democracy and republic and knows we are a republic but it was just shorthand, I think is the term he used (someone please correct me with the actual language), because that is what most people use today. It was hard to understand the Congressman's response because he was talking rapidly and walking towards the other end of the room.

Now, as far as I know Alamogordo Tea Party does not have a mission statement but if it did it would probably be similar to Las Cruces' statement which supports our U.S.Constitution which is the framework for our Representative Republic.

PARODY: UN TREATY OF POLICE PURSUITS OF DISCONTENTED INDIVIDUALS

In the early morning hours of February 27th, two men died in the crash of a stolen pickup, in north Denver. Police and the Colorado State Patrol fired on the men in the vehicle when the stolen truck attempted to ram police and State Patrol officers at a road block. The vehicle came to a stop after crashing into Denver’s landmark nursery, Paulino Gardens. A third man in the truck was taken into custody. The names of the three men suggested they were all from Mexico or another country. The legal status of the three men, in regards to their immigration or citizenship status, is not presently known.

The following is an ORF parody. This ‘parody’ was originally posted in the comment section of an article about the incident in the Denver Post. The comment, in its entirety, was removed from the comment thread of the article. The parody has been modified slightly since the removal from the Denver Post’s online comment feature.
Here is the parody.

“This incident is clearly in violation of the U.N. Treaty on Police Pursuits of Discontented Individuals. The treaty mandates that Police use vehicles weighing no more than 453.59237 kilograms (1000 pounds) and not capable of exceeding 72.420 479 999 kilometer/hour (45 mile/hour (mph) .

The Convention prohibits the use of deadly force by the Police; requiring them to hold up placards written in 27 different languages that read, “Please stop eluding the police and return the vehicle. The Convention goes on to require Police to route the pursuit away from areas occupied by ‘hard structures’ to areas less inhabited if a ‘soft-impact crash’ is necessitated.

Paulino Garden’s may be in violation of the treaty’s building codes. Paulino Garden’s structures are not within U.N. guidelines defining ‘hard structures that may pose a threat to discontented individuals general welfare and safety, who are being pursued by Police’. The nursery may also be in violation of carbon emissions and green building code guidelines determined in other U.N. conventions in force in the United States..

The treaty states in lieu of Police responding to an incident involving a ’discontented individual’, a ’cultural counselor’ is to be called to attempt to locate the discontented individual to determine if the incident (crime) is an expression of cultural pride, economic need, or emergency re-distribution of wealth.

The Police violated the discontented individual’s 4th Amendment Rights to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and acquired things against unreasonable searches and seizures. The Convention requires Police to seek the consultation of a board of the discontented peers before initiating a pursuit or search and seizure of a discontented individual’s acquired possessions. The board will determine if the discontented individual is engaging in a crime or a misunderstood expression of cultural tradition. Police clearly disregarded this procedure.

The owner of the acquired vehicle (stolen truck) could be fined for ownership of a greenhouse emitting, carbon producing vehicle in violation of U.N. guidelines and which tempts discontented individuals and could cause a cultural incident (crime) of misunderstanding. Green counseling, in 27 different languages, is available to the owner of the acquired vehicle (stolen truck), to direct the owner in green vehicle replacement and cultural loss prevention.

The Police should be investigated for leaving carbon footprints on the Smartgrid.

Let’s hope this incident didn’t add to duress of young people who are already suffering from obesity.

My parody (this is a parody) may appear unsympathetic for the victims of this incident, but aren’t WE, the Citizens of the United States the real victims?

Thank the Higher Power of your choosing, as defined by the U.N. Convention on Global Higher Powers, that no Police were injured.”

NEO-NAZI ARRESTED FOR PENNING THREATENING POEM TO PRESIDENT

Title click to read article on LOUISVILLE COURIER-JOURNAL website. (Apparently this guy wrote the poem in 2007. The poem was posted on a neo-Nazi website.)

From the article:

“This is a threat by one individual against another because he is the president and because he is black,” said Assistant U.S. Attorney Philip Chance.

Whalin said after Friday’s hearing that he will decide next week whether there is a probable cause that Spencer, 27, committed a crime. Threatening to kill the president is a felony punishable by a maximum five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

From the article:

In 1969, the court reversed the conviction of a young African-American man who said at an anti-draft rally that if “they ever make me carry a rifle, the first man I want to get in my sights is LBJ,” referring to President Lyndon Johnson.

* Remember the DVD 'DEATH OF A PRESIDENT'?

The following is from AMAZON.COM, where the DVD is for sale:

Product Description
Winner of the International Critics' Award at the Toronto Film Festival, DEATH OF A PRESIDENT is conceived as a fictional TV documentary broadcast in 2008, reflecting on a monstrous and cataclysmic event: the assassination of President George W. Bush on October 19th, 2007. The "documentary" artfully combines archival footage and carefully composed interviews presented in a respectful and dignified manner. The film doesn't advocate violence; rather, it shows its pernicious effects. It is exciting and questioning, and it offers viewers a riveting story -- creating a provocative political thriller that reveals larger truths.

* This DVD and the portrayal of the assassination of a sitting President was protected under free speech. ORF in no way agrees with anything a neo-Nazi scum bucket says, but ORF believes free speech should be protected. The neo-Nazi is an obvious racist. ORF asks what's the difference between the DVD and the scum-bucket's poem? The lawyers will explain that riveting question.

DENVER POST: GM ads collide with Colorado lawmakers, car dealers

Title click to read article on DENVER POST online.

From the article:

The radio and TV ads, which began running Thursday, claim the bill protects "poorly performing" dealers, preventing GM from opening new dealerships that could be more effective in increasing sales.

The ad features a "road closed" sign.

"We must keep driving forward to repay our government loans," it says. "Don't let special interests stick taxpayers in reverse."

That line galled Sen. Shawn Mitchell, R-Broomfield.

"They must be spending tax dollars on Botox to say that with a straight face," he said at a news conference.

S.1689 WILDERNESS OPENS PORTAL TO CRIME,DRUGS, & MORE INVASION

Otero Residents Forum says:

I'll get right to the point. You all know the dynamics of the State of the Nation today. I'll focus on one glaring point. The border with the United States and Mexico has never been secured. The media downplays the invasion of illegal trespassers into our Nation. Colorado has legalized medical marijuana use by its Citizens. Other states have already legalized pot for medical use. The legalization of medical marijuana in the United States will lessen the demand for illegally smuggled marijuana into the United States from Mexico. Medical marijuana will be grown in the United States by licensed growers. This will create a void now filled by the Mexican drug cartels. The drug king-pins in Mexico will adapt their criminal enterprise to compensate for drug monies lost in the United States. There's a real possibility that the flood of Mexican 'super meth', illegally smuggled into the U.S., will increase substantially.

Our elected officials in Santa Fe are going to vote on S.1689 in the near future. They will be voting on legislation that would create a wilderness area on the U.S./Mexican border in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. Senators Jeff Bingaman, Tom Udall and Harry Teague want to designate 259,000 acres as wilderness and another 100,850 acres as a national conservation area. These designations come with the heavy handed regulations from federal agencies that severely restrict county and public use and control of these areas. Add to this designation of wilderness the failure of state and federal governments to close the U.S./Mexican border. This wilderness designation will create an attractive, unsecured, unmonitored gateway for drug smuggling into the United States.

The drafters of this legislation and environmental groups have NO concern for the Citizens of Dona Ana County who live in the region of this proposed wilderness designation. Citizens in Dona Ana County and the contiguous counties will be forced to endure with and protect themselves from illegal trespassers and the possibility of a flood of illegal drug smuggling through the wilderness area. The Mexican drug cartels are at war in Juarez, MX., right across the river from El Paso. The creation of a massive wilderness area on the border, so close to Juarez, threatens to invite the drug smugglers and their violent turf war into Dona Ana County. Now is the worst time to add a large region of land to our nation's already unsecured and open border between the United States and Mexico.
Do these elected officials really want to destroy our nation's sovereignty and put the lives of U.S. Citizens at risk? The answer is YES. They seek political expediency at the expense of the Citizens of Dona Ana County. This is the State of our Nation today.

Subject: More comments needed on S 1689

I am sending this out because I am deeply concerned about the designation of a Wilderness Area in Dona Ana County, our neighboring county, which borders on Mexico in very close proximity of Juarez which has the highest homicide rate of ANY CITY IN THE WORLD.

We have until 3:00 pm on Friday, 2/19, to let the Energy and Natural Resources Committee know what we think about a Wilderness Area in Dona Ana County. You can click on the original alert below and read some testimony to the committee.

There are many reasons to object to this land grab by Washington; national security, private property issues, local economics, increased control by DC enabled by our tax dollars, the high probability that the "science" used to justify this Wilderness Area is tainted/skewed - not unlike Global Warming.

I am providing a link to view current Wilderness Areas: http://www.wilderness.net/index.cfm?fuse=NWPS Please open this and type NM to view New Mexico Wilderness areas. It will astound you. Guaranteed.

Here is what you need to do now. Contact Bingaman, Udall, Teague. Direct links are below in the original message. If you have already done this, do it again. Then call or fax the Energy and Natural Resources Committee. This may take a few tries as there is only one number and one person answering the phone. Be persistent and polite.

Phone: (202) 224-4971
Fax: (202) 224-6163

We have won similar battles using this strategy. After you have made your voice heard, please forward wide and far as this is, at a minimum, a national security issue and every American can be concerned if this gets out of the Energy and Natural Resources Committee.

STAND UP TO PRESERVE OUR ACCESS TO PUBLIC LANDS
Comment Deadline – THIS FRIDAY, Feb 19
The field hearing for S 1689 was held in Las Cruces yesterday. A hearty “thank you” to everyone who attended to express their concerns about the numerous impacts of this wilderness legislation.

There was clear agreement on protection of these lands from sale and development from all who testified. The main point of contention is what legislative tool is used to establish this protection. It was clear from the testimony that there are many concerns about establishing federal Wilderness protection, which is the most restrictive land use designation available. Many compelling issues were raised, but flood control, border security, and public access stand out as very serious concerns.

For more information on the testimony and some excerpts, click here.

This legislation is NOT in the best interests of Dona Ana County residents.

There is still a small window of opportunity to have your input heard. Comments will be accepted until this FRIDAY, Feb 25.

PROVIDE YOUR INPUT TO THE COMMITTEE:

The Energy and Natural Resource Committee will accept comments on the Wilderness issue until February 19, 2010.

PRISONERS TO BE COUNTED IN CENSUS

Title click to read article on YAHOO NEWS website.

ORF asks: if a temporary population, housed in a facility that is not legally the inmates residence, are counted in a census, then: 1)doesn't that violate residency definitions of the census 2) if the inmate is counted as a resident at the detention center, than the possibility of the prisoner being counted twice exists - once at the detention center and once at their domestic residence 3)often the prisoner is housed for less time at a detention center than it takes a returning Veteran to comply with residency requirements for in-state tuition 4)why not include persons staying in motels in a district...they are transitory but in the district at the time of census counting 5) how does a county of municipality determine what redistricting criteria is used for economic development and voter registration and how many felons are incarcerated and may have some civil liberties forbidden to them 6) and finally...is ORF skewing the reality of this issue?

Several legislators said the resolution, sponsored by state Rep. Pete Illoway, R-Cheyenne, would help set into words the concerns many Wyomingites have about the federal government’s intrusion into their lives.

Committee members declined to take up a second, similar states’-rights resolution by state Rep. Pat Childers, R-Cody, agreeing it would be better to move some of the parts of Childers’ resolution into Illoway’s resolution.

Mistrial declared in Alamogordo bar stabbing

Associated Press - February 11, 2010 12:45 PM ET

ALAMOGORDO, N.M. (AP) - A judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a registered nurse who is accused of battery with a deadly weapon in an Alamogordo bar stabbing.

State District Judge James Counts says prosecutors should have shared a DVD recording from a police patrol unit with attorneys for defendant James King, who is accused of stabbing Javier Pacheco three times at the Palm Side Lounge on Jan. 24, 2008.

Pacheco's spinal cord was severed and he now uses a wheelchair.

A state District Court jury hung on five charges in the first trial but convicted King of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and two traffic offenses.

The DVD, which recorded King's arrest, was delivered by Alamogordo police to the District Attorney's Office but it apparently was misplaced after the first trial.

WND: U.S. textbooks to omit references to Daniel Boone, Gen. George Patton, Nathan Hale, Columbus Day and Christmas.

From the article:

According to Liberty Counsel, some of the suggestions that have come forward at various times include:

  • Removing references to Daniel Boone, General George Patton, Nathan Hale, Columbus Day and Christmas.
  • Including the cultural impact of hip-hop music, ACLU lawyer Clarence Darrow and the Hindu holiday of Diwali.
  • Replacing the term "American" with "global citizen" – stating that students need to be shaped "for responsible citizenship in a global society" without any mention of citizenship in American society.
  • Replacing expansionism and free enterprise with imperialism and capitalism.

TSBOE will soon finalize the language that textbook publishers use to align their textbooks to current standards. As Texas is a leader in textbooks, most other states purchase the same educational materials. The textbook controversy in Texas affects every American because, to have a bright future, we must know our past. America has a rich past founded on Judeo-Christian values and to forget them, or worse, to distort them, will doom our future. Those who want to reshape America begin by rewriting our past. We repeat the mistakes of the past when we are ignorant of them

CATTLE NETWORK: USDA Announces New Framework For Animal Disease Traceability

Title click to read article on CATTLE NETWORK website.

From the article:

Agriculture Secretary Vilsack announced today that USDA will develop a new, flexible framework for animal disease traceability in the United States, and undertake several other actions to further strengthen its disease prevention and response capabilities.

“After concluding our listening tour on the National Animal Identification System in 15 cities across the country, receiving thousands of comments from the public and input from States, Tribal Nations, industry groups, and representatives for small and organic farmers, it is apparent that a new strategy for animal disease traceability is needed,” said Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack. "I’ve decided to revise the prior policy and offer a new approach to animal disease traceability with changes that respond directly to the feedback we heard."

The framework, announced today at the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) Mid-Year meeting, provides the basic tenets of an improved animal disease traceability capability in the United States. USDA’s efforts will:

Only apply to animals moved in interstate commerce;
• Be administered by the States and Tribal Nations to provide more flexibility;
• Encourage the use of lower-cost technology; and
• Be implemented transparently through federal regulations and the full rulemaking process.

GRASS ROOTS WIN AGAIN

LISTENERS TO YESTERDAY'S KALH FARM AND RANCH REPORT WHICH IS AIRED ON 95.1 FM - 7 DAYS A WEEK - AT ABOUT 6:55 AM HEARD A STORY ON SATURDAY, FEB. 6-TH ABOUT FEDERAL PROGRAM THE WIZARD BUREAUCRATS AT THE U.S.DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE COOKED UP A FEW YEARS AGO THAT HAS NOW BEEN DECLARED DEAD ON ARRIVAL.

OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS, UNDER THE DISGUISE OF PROTECTING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FROM TAINTED MEAT, THE U.S.D.A. COOKED UP AN ANIMAL I.D. TRACEBACK SYSTEM THAT WOULD HAVE REQUIRED EVERY GROWER OF LIVESTOCK ... EVEN MOM AND POP GROWERS WITH A COW AND A COUPLE OF CHICKENS IN THE BACK LOT FOR THEIR OWN CONSUMPTION ... TO REGISTER THEIR "LOCATION" WITH THE U.S.D.A. THEY WOULD BE REQUIRED TO FILE A MASSIVE REPORT ON A REGULAR BASIS AND IF THOSE ANIMALS WERE EVER SENT TO MARKET IN ANY FASHION ... EVEN TO A LOCAL PROCESSOR FOR LOCAL CONSUMPTION ... I.D. NUMBERS WOULD HAVE HAD TO FOLLOW THAT MEAT ALL THE WAY TO THE CONSUMER. THAT WAY, IF SOMEONE GOT SICK, THEY COULD TRACE THAT HAMBURGER, PORK CHOP OR HOT-WING ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE PRODUCER IN ORDER TO SAVE THE POPULATION FORM THIS PERIL.

THEY SPENT HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS ESTABLISHING AND PROMOTING THIS ANIMAL I.D. PROGRAM, HIRED AN UNTOLD NUMBER OF FEDERAL EMPLOYEES TO MANAGE ALL OF THE REPORTS THAT WOULD BE COMING IN TO THE GOVERNMENT. WELL, THE DEADLINES FOR PRODUCERS TO REGISTER CAME ... AND WENT.

ONLY 37 PERCENT OF THE ANTICIPATED "LOCATIONS" WERE EVER REGISTERED.

THE PRODUCERS RESISTED ... NOT BY TAKING THEIR PITCHFORKS INTO THE STREETS IN PROTEST. THEY JUST DIDN'T RESPOND. THEY REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL PROGRAM INSTEAD OF KNUCKLING UNDER TO "BIG BROTHER".

NOW, SEC. OF AG. TOM VILSACK HAS ORDERED THE PROGRAM SHUT DOWN. THE U.S.D.A. IS GOING BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD, AND TO THE GRASS ROOTS. THEY'LL BE REQUESTING LOCAL PRODUCERS AT THE COUNTY AND STATE LEVEL TO DEVELOP GUIDELINES FOR A NEW PROGRAM WHICH I UNDERSTAND WILL RUN AT THE STATE TO PROVIDE A TRACEBACK MECHANISM FOR PROBLEM MEAT PRODUCTS.

WHAT ABOUT MOM AND POP? OH, THIS TIME, THE SYSTEM WILL APPLY ONLY TO MEAT SOLD IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE AND NOT TO MEAT SOLD OR CONSUMED ON A LOCAL BASIS ONLY.

WOW ... DO YOU THINK SOMEBODY AT THE U.S.D.A. FINALLY GOT AROUND TO READING THE CONSTITUTION?

I SEE THE UNDERLYING POINT OF THIS BEING, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE CAN OPPOSE TYRANNY ... JUST THE WAY THE FOUNDING FATHERS SAID WE COULD.

THE REST OF US NEED TO, ONCE AGAIN, TAKE A LESSON FROM THE FARMERS AND RANCHERS AND STAND UP TO OPPOSE THE TIERNEY OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS AND RESIST THE TAXATION INFLICTED ON US BY THOSE WHO FAIL TO REPRESENT US IN CONGRESS.

ANIMAL RIGHTS ACTIVISTS DUCT TAPED TO TREE BY BIKERS

Posted on January 07, 2010.

Johnstown, PA (GlossyNews) – Local and state police scoured the hills outside rural Johnstown, Pennsylvania, after reports of three animal rights activists going missing after attempting to protest the wearing of leather at a large motorcycle gang rally this weekend. Two others, previously reported missing, were discovered by fast food workers “duct taped inside several fast food restaurant dumpsters,” according to police officials.
“Something just went wrong,” said a still visibly shaken organizer of the protest. “Something just went horribly, horribly, wrong.”

The organizer said a group of concerned animal rights activist groups, “growing tired of throwing fake blood and shouting profanities at older women wearing leather or fur coats,” decided to protest the annual motorcycle club event “in a hope to show them our outrage at their wanton use of leather in their clothing and motor bike seats.” “In fact,” said the organizer, “motorcycle gangs are one of the biggest abusers of wearing leather, and we decided it was high time that we let them know that we disagree with them using it…ergo, they should stop.”

According to witnesses, protesters arrived at the event in a vintage 1960’s era Volkswagen van and began to pelt the gang members with balloons filled with red colored water, simulating blood, and shouting “you’re murderers” to passers by. This, evidently, is when the brouhaha began.
“They peed on me!!!” charged one activist. “They grabbed me, said I looked like I was French, started calling me ‘La Trene’, and duct taped me to a tree so they could pee on me all day!”
“I…I was trying to show my outrage at a man with a heavy leather jacket, and he…he didn’t even care. I called him a murderer, and all he said was, ‘You can’t prove that.’ Next thing I know he forced me to ride on the back of his motorcycle all day, and would not let me off, because his girl friend was out of town and I was almost a woman.”

Still others claimed they were forced to eat hamburgers and hot dogs under duress. Those who resisted were allegedly held down while several bikers “farted on their heads.”
Police officials declined comments on any leads or arrests due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, however, organizers for the motorcycle club rally expressed “surprise” at the allegations.

“That’s preposterous,” said one high-ranking member of the biker organizing committee.. “We were having a party, and these people showed up and were very rude to us. They threw things at us, called us names, and tried to ruin the entire event. So, what did we do? We invited them to the party! What could be more friendly than that? You know, just because we are all members of motorcycle clubs does not mean we do not care about inclusiveness. Personally, I think it shows a lack of character for them to be saying such nasty things about us after we bent over backwards to make them feel welcome.”

When confronted with the allegations of force-feeding the activists meat, using them as ad hoc latrines, leaving them incapacitated in fast food restaurant dumpsters, and ‘farting on their heads,’ the organizer declined to comment in detail. “That’s just our secret handshake,” assured the organizer.

House panel OKs proposed sales tax increase

Posted at: 01/29/2010 8:34 AM
By: BARRY MASSEY, Associated Press Writer

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - A House committee has endorsed a proposal to increase New Mexico's gross receipts tax for four years to help balance the state budget.

The legislation would provide about $238 million next year by raising the tax by one-half cent to 5.5 percent. The tax rate would then decline annually until it returned to 5 percent starting in July 2014.

The measure is sponsored by House Speaker Ben Lujan, a Santa Fe Democrat. He said higher taxes are necessary for New Mexico to plug a budget shortfall next year and prevent cutbacks in public schools and government services.

The House Business and Industry Committee approved the tax proposal on a 7-to-4 vote.

The measure goes to another committee for consideration.

Subject: Help Please

Please get out the message that you are now able to hear and see the House floor sessions. You can also find out how legislators voter on floor issues. These are available at legis.state.nm.us As you know, on the same web site, legis.state.nm.us you can find the bills, fiscal impact analysis , other analysis and committee vote on the bills. The NM votes maintained by the Rio Grande Foundation records votes also.

At this time, it appears that there will be material tax and fee increases as opposed to real meaningful cuts to the state budget. It doesn't appear that the recent national votes and the tea parties have made any difference the New Mexico Democrat controlled legislature. If anyone cares they need to be lobbying contacting their legislators and emphasize NO TAX increases.
